Arch and Central Streets land deed : San Francisco, Calif., 1878 Feb. 11.

Notarized deed document conveying land in the city of San Francisco, Lots 37, 38 in Block 25 from S. (Samuel) E. Pardee to Francis Doud for the sum of 100 dollars gold coin. The deed provides details of measurements and direction on Arch and Central Streets as well as naming the previous owners, [Piche?] and L.L. Robinson, and the deed recording date and place of that sale (Sept. 10, 1874 on page 142 in Liber 588 of deeds). On page 2 of the deed is a notary public statement signed and sealed by John Ruurds in Monterey County, Calif. on Feb. 11, 1878. The document form was published by A.L. Bancroft & Co., San Francisco, Calif. and measures 43 x 28 cm, folded to 22 x 10 cm.
